Joe Butler is the technical lead for Intel’s EMEA IT Innovation and Research Centre, and chairs Intel IT’s Business Agility Research and Development committee, reporting to the IT R&D Council. Joe’s interest areas include distributed computing including virtualisation issues, service oriented infrastructures, user interfaces, software engineering, and high-volume manufacturing as an application domain for information technology.
